Flora by Kait may need to make occasional substitutions of flowers, vase types, or colors due to availability and season. A change might not exactly match an inspiration photo, but it will uphold the theme, style and size of the arrangement chosen by you. Substitutions will reflect an equal or higher quality to the original plan.

We strive to spread joy with our creations and hope you, the consumer, can understand that.

Although we want to help spread joy we do reserve the right to deny business to anyone for any reason. We hope this never happens!
